French: au-dessus de tous
("en sus de" is old, "suprême" meaning highest is not ordinary speech but a rather elevated style, "toutes" is feminine gender instead of "tout" for all things or rather "tous" for all people)

en portugais brésilien, on pourrait dire "acima de todos".
Merci de corriger notre français si nécessaire.

In what context does it appear? I suppose that in every language there are several variants...
In Greek, something like 'anoteros apo oous' ?

I do not remember where exactly I came across it,I think in a newspaper... Yes in Greek it must be something like "anoteros apo olous" or "panw apo olous"~ANTHOS wrote:In what context does it appear? I suppose that in every language there are several variants...

It's the German anthem, the beginning of former first stanza, which is not used any longer because it was reminiscent of its use by the Nazis:
Deutschland, Deutschland über alles, (= Germany, Germany above everything)
Über alles in der Welt! (= above everything in the world)
-- Olivier
