Sanskrit text-to-speech program

Post by pc2 »

salutations,

we recently posted a topic about our Sanskrit TTS program on the Loka-Blabla forum. it's located here for french :
viewtopic.php?t=7750

we have recently created a Sanskrit TTS (Text-to-Speech) program that speaks what you write in Sanskrit.
this program uses a Latin transliteration system for Sanskrit. future versions may accept Devanaagarii unicode input.
this program works with Windows 95/98/2000/ME/XP. we have not tested it with other operational systems and other versions of Windows. if someone did, inform us.

here is the download page:
http://geocities.yahoo.com.br/favq1/sanskrit.htm

enjoy and post your feedback.

You can explain this in English if you want (I don't think English-speakers will understand otherwise).

So, I've just divided it.

English (and others languages) discussions about your program will be made here instead of the french forum.

salutations,
it may be a server problem, because we tested the site on more than 2 computers and it works fine.
it may be also because the server was busy. what error did you get?

salutations,

we have completely reformed the Sanskrit TTS installation. now, its size is decreased significantly and now it's much simpler to install.
