En portugais brésilien: e.
En sanscrit: ca (prononcé /tcha/).
En arabe: وَ wa.
En hindi: और aur.

Of Pre-Greek origin (acc. to Frisk). Note Egyptian ky 'other', developing a sense of 'also' by Late Egyptian. Possibly related to Latin -que
Meaning: enclitic "and"
Derivatives: Lat. -que, Goth. -u(h), Gk.
Meaning: front
Derivatives: Hitt. ḫanta, Luw. hantili, Lyc. xñtawata, Lith. ant, Eng. ende/end, Gm. endi/Ende, Goth. and, ON endr, Gk. ἀντί (anti), Ir. étan/éadan, Lat. antiae, Oscan ant, Toch. ānt/ānte, Alb. anë, Skt. ántas; antyas, Oss. æндæ (ændæ)/æндагон (ændagon)

Thank you very much all of you! Clever answers... It's very helpful!
I'll continue regarding this and other universal meanings (I'm working on lexicology).
Now, the question is, if you ever know of a language without this word or this sense, could you please tell me?
THANKS!!!
I wish I could speak as many languages as you :)

(in English for auxi)
The evolution from the meaning of "*h₂ént-i" / "ante" to "and" seems to be:
front (part facing forward), (standing) in front,
-> (also standing there), furthermore,
-> and.
This can illustrate how close "grammatically and" (a conjunction) is to "grammatically a real word" (like "accompanying" in maricopa language mentioned above): it may be hard to make a distinction in order to answer the original question "do all languages have an 'and'?"

I remember having read that agglutinative languages often lack the word "and" and borrow it from their neighbors:

Finnish ja < Germanic *ja-h
Turkish ve < Arabic wa
Sumerian u < Akkadian u
