in fact, "flaszka" is almost only for vodka or strong alcool drinks, for beer it's rather "butelka" ("butelki po piwie" :lol: )
I also want to say that not only alcool drinks are known in Poland, so the word "butelka" remains useful :lol:

Butelka est un terme général; Flaszka est actuellement un mot argotique, ou au moins familier. À part des ivrognes qui vivent à la marge de la sociétés, vous n'entendrez jamais un Polonais demander au magasin: Poproszę flaszkę wódki. On demande butelkę wódki, ou, le plus souvent, on se sert du nom de la vodka choisie.

Pour le Chinois, on emploie 瓶子 pour bouteille, ne peut être utiliser que combiné à un autre mot pour former un mot du genre bouteille de...

Pour le Vietnamien, il faut employer chai... lọ désigne un vase, un bocal...

in almost any language in India, the usual word is the english one, bottle, but pronounced with a very strong indian accent

that can give anything like baatel, bootle and so on ; it depends on your capability of hearing

and therefore no difference between gujurati, pendjabi, hindi, malayalam, telegu or bengali etc.....
