In french, Vreemdelingen is : Etrangers

'Vreemdelingen' in een 'Wereldstad'' => (FR) 'Etrangers' dans une 'Métropole' => (EN) 'Foreigners' in a 'Metropolis'.

I don't know if "foreigners" is the best word to translate "vreemdelingen"... but, for the sense, "vreemdelingen" means "somebody who comes from an another country".

Please note that "vreemdelingen" is the plural form of "vreemdeling"

Vreemdelingen (so not Vremdelingen) can be translated by 'foreigners' when we mean people from other countries, or by 'strangers' which means people unknown (or of unknown origin, country, places etc.) to us.
