Quenya: ride (n)

I can't seem to find this in any usual wordlists, so I have to assume it doesn't exist, or hasn't been published. However, I have found horse (rocco), two versions of rider (roquen, roccar), and two versions of "to ride" (roc-, nóra-). I was wondering if anyone here would know enough about Quenya morphology to tell me how I should affix one of these words to make "(a) ride" and which ones are valid, and which I should use.
