Pronunciation of the Hebrew part (stress on the last syllable of the word): Barukh haba la'atar internet... (JICRB).

2 .JICRB ברוך הבא לאתר אינטרנט של
Barukh haba la'atar internet shel... (JICRB). - It depends upon the relationship between the site and JICRB. This second solution actually translates Welcome to the website of JICRB.

I do not propose to transilerate the initials of the website; there is but a vague correspondance between the letters of the two alphabets...
