This is a mere attempt. Do not rely on my reply. I'm not very sure about this, I'm a beginner in Hebrew...
ישוע, מרכז הנישואין שלי - without dots
יֵשׁוּעַ, מֶרְכָּז הַנִּישּׂוּאִין שֶׁלִי - with dots
pronunciation: [yeshuá' merkáz hannissu'ín shelí]
Gilen will come up with the correct version.
Well, it is almost good...
First, Jesus is not ישוע, it is יֵשׁוּ (Yeshu)
Concerning the word מרכז , if you really want to write it with vowels, be careful: when you make a "constructed state" of the noun, the final qamats in מֶרְכָּז is changed to pata'h : מֶרְכַּז.
The word "marriage" is נִשּׂוּאִים ! The word נישואין is Aramaic !
indeed that is the original Biblical form (from יהושוע/Joshuah "Y. is salvation") Yeshuah/Yéchoua' which is how (Christian) "messianic Jews" call Jesus, so it is perhaps correct in a Christian context like in that request?
