A bookshop sells a paper dictionnary, wroten by Milan MOGUS and Neda PINTARIC : "Poljsko-Hrvatski Rjecnik". (thank you Helena for correction)
I don't know if it is exactly what you are looking for.

It was me who was searching for such a dictionary. In Poland i couldn't find one. I'd need it to realise my ambitious plan to learn croatian!
