Translation to English from an uncertain language

I have a birthday greeting card made in New Zealand, with no apparent manufacturer's name, unless the phrase I need translated is that.

On the back of the card is a drawing of a Maori mask, and underneath are the words "Tocka Hanji". I figured it must be in one of the Maori languages, but could not find a translation for it on any Kiwi website.

I found out that hanji is the Korean word for papercraft, and that tocka means spot, dot or point in either Macedonian, Croatian or Serbian. But I'm hoping someone will be able to tell me what the phrase Tocka Hanji would mean in the setting described above.l
