Hello,

I have a problem with changing my e-mail address in my personal settings. I used to have an ...@hotmail.com, but would like to change it to ...@yandex.ru. However, the system keeps telling me that it has been blocked. The question is why and what shall I do now?

We've had problems with people registering with @yandex.ru addresses, so the administators have banned Yandex addresses on this forum.

Thanks for quick reply. But the problem remains.
I would not like to change my current e-mail just because SOME yandex.ru users messed up. Or to hold the @hotmail.com one. Can this problem be solved somehow?

Yandex.ru is deeply abused by spammers, so we're not going to unblock it.

Just send me an MP containing your yandex address and I'll modify your profile.
