"Et cum spiritu tuo" -> That is church latin, I do not know the "official" traduction of it : the vicar said "Dominus vobiscum = the Lord be with you" and people answer "et cum spiritu tuo = and with your spirit".
Quid est, quod vis = "what do you want" (or litt. "what is this thing, that you want).
