In the fourth time, I will present a part which has like name "the hazardous policy for the future of the English retirements".
Thus this part will finish the evolution plan through the ages by the topic of the retirements.
Currently, the United Kingdom has serious problems concerning the retirements.
Already since Thatcher there is an impoverishment of the retirements with cause of a policy of disengagement of the State in the system of the retirements.
The system of the supplementary pensions in the private one function less and less.
Thus that thus ammené Blair to re-examine this system.
With through proposals of the "Commission on the retirements", several reforms are in hand.
Like alongement of the duration of contribution, tax measurements, etc...
Thus I will explain already synthetically how functions this system of retirement in the United Kingdom, divided between the private one and the public one.
Then how they evolved/moved since Thacher in 1987.
And finally solutions proposed by the current government.

A travers des propositions de la "Commission sur les retraites", plusieurs réformes sont en cours.
Comme l'alongement de la durée de cotisation, des mesures fiscales,etc...
Donc j'expliquerai déjà synthétiquement comment fonctionne ce système de retraite au Royaume-Uni, partagé entre le privé et le publique.
Puis comment elles ont évolués depuis Thacher en 1987.
Et enfin, les solutions proposés par le gouvernement actuel.
