Romanian-English and Esperanto-English Podcast descriptions

Post by Runa27 »

Hi! Well, since I'm interested in learning Romanian and Esperanto, I decided to do what always seems to help with such things; I decided to listen to them for a while before officially trying to study them.

So I subscribed to a couple of "Podcasts" on iTunes, one of which is in Esperanto, the other in Romanian. And I was wondering if any of you lovely people could translate the descriptions of the programs?

The Romanian one (apologizes for the lack of accent/diacritical marks, iTunes doesn't provide any!):

Name: Pe Scurt, Romania! - EPISOD VIDEO DE SARBATORI!

Description: Episoade saptaminale pentru doritorii de voci si vesti romanesti. Rezumatul saptaminii, interviuri, muzica buna de acasa, intr-un ambalaj original.

From what I can tell, there's something about episodes (the number of the episode? "Special" episode?), something something, "of/from voice(s?)", good music from "acasa", interviews, and an original [something].

And the title says [Something], Romania! - Video Episode of [something]! Or something like that. I think. Right?

(Yes, I am very much a beginner at that language, why do you ask? :P But there are a handful of similarities to either English or Spanish in there, or some latinate-looking words, so I'm guessing at some of the meanings here. How close am I?).

The Esperanto one:

Name: Esperanto Podkasto
Episode: Unua Kongreso

Description: Podkasto en Esperanto pri pluraj temoj

Kiel la homoj parolas Esperanton

That one's a little easier; I'm guessing the title says "Esperanto Podcast", the episode title looks like it might be something like "First/One Congress". And between knowing some Spanish, some English, and one word in Esperanto, I've got the first four words translated from the description: "Podcast in Esperanto about" Then there's maybe something about plural [somethings].

And other than something about Esperanto in the second sentence, I got nothing more.

Translation would be VERY much appreciated! :)
