Hi, I was just wondering if a French native speaker could help me translate this
" Sweet chilli and lime roasted crayfish
served with a leafy green salad"
Try
Piment rouge épicé et langouste rôtie avec citron
servi avec une laitue.
I dont know if thats right, but thats my best attempt.

Your translation is pretty good!
I would say :
Langouste rôtie au piment rouge et au citron, servie avec des feuilles de laitue
(chili is always spicy, so we don't need to say it)

You are sure ! I think "sweet chili" is "poivron", most country use one word for "piment" and "poivron" and just specify sweet or hot (but I agree, without specification "chili" is usually hot)

You're right. It's a bit ambiguous here... If Tigger_tig comes back here, maybe he can tells us more.
Poivron can also be translated as "pepper". Bell pepper for example
