The filter sould be placed on a level concrete slab, firm ground, or equivalent, near from the swimming pool.
Position the filter should be convenient for piping connections, control valve and accessible for operating and service. All the system should be connected by plastic pipe.

Loading the sand media.
a) Remove control valve from filter.

b) Cap internal pipe with plastic cap to prevent sand from entering it.

c)We recommend filling thank with water properly to provide a cushion effect when the filter sand is poured in.

d)Pour in correct amound and grade or filter sand as specified.

3) Assemble filter control valve.

a) Insert control valve (with O'ring in place) into the tank neck (take care that the center pipe slips into the hole in the bottom of the valve)

b) Tighten the nut with wrench

c) carefully screw pressure gauge (with O'ring in place)

d) Connect the contol valva markaed "PUMP", "RETURN"? "WASTE" to corresponding.

Le filtre devrait être placé sur une dalle de béton horizontale, ou l’équivalent, près de la piscine.
Positionnez le filtre convenablement pour les raccords de tuyaux, la vanne de contrôle, et qu’il soit accessible pour la marche et l’entretien.

Enlevez la vanne de contrôle du filtre

Nous conseillons de remplir le réservoir d’eau correctement pour fournir un effet coussin quand on remplit le filtre à sable.

Remplir le montant et la qualité correct ou filtrer le sable comme recommandé.

Insérez la vanne de contrôle (avec le joint en O en place) dans le col du réservoir (s’assurer que le tuyau central glisse dans le trou au bas de la valve)
b) Tighten the nut with wrench
Serrez le boulon avec une clé
c) Carefully screw pressure gauge (with O'ring in place)
Vissez soigneusement la jauge de pression (avec le joint en O en place)
d) Connect the control valva marked "PUMP", "RETURN"? "WASTE" to corresponding.
Connectez la vanne de contrôle marquée “POMPE”, “RETOUR” & “TROP PLEIN” aux correspondants.
