From Kosovar / Albanais to French (but just a little word)

I begin by a little story, for you to understand the exactly situation :
a kosovar boy, looking to the body of his girlfriend, with a lot of love in the eyes, say "oh, [u]kimi[/u]" or "oh [u]skimi[/u]" or "oh, [u]kim[/u]" or (for the end) "oh, [u]skim[/u]".
=> You have understand that the girlfriend has not listen good.
=> I have try différents possibilities with what she has listen
=> Don't tell me it's the name of the girlfriend, because she's named Lisa
=> Sorry for how I have write that, but it's in phonetic

Please, help me to find what it's mean ! Thank you

i'm albanian and i have no idea what that guy ment. I think he tried to say it in any other language cus it's impossible in albanian to mean anything that kind of expression
