Je dirais plutôt knowledge OF plutôt que IN
Civilisation et culture existent tous deux, à toi de voir...
Après pour la virgule, je ne comprends pas trop... Je dirais : solid knowledge of the Japanese and Lithuanian languages and cultures, mais bon ça fait peut-être bizarre de parler des deux en même temps, à voir avec un natif.

Pas vraiment, c'est un peu bancal...
Tu pourrais dire "thanks to my experience of working and living in the countries where my working languages are spoken/in the countries of my working languages"
Perso je dirais plus naturellement "Living and working in the countries of my working languages has (have?) allowed me to gain professional-level proficiency etc" (et non A proficiency, c'est indénombrable).
Je ne sais pas si on dirait plus naturellement has ou have dans ma proposition.
Encore une fois l'anglais n'est pas ma langue maternelle, mais comme personne ne répond, c'est peut-être mieux que rien. Ou pas.

Peut-être "The experience of living and working in the countries of my working languages has ...", pour éliminer le problème du "has" ou "have"?
Ou: "The experience of having lived and worked in the countries ..." (lit. "L'expérience d'avoir habité et travaillé dans les pays...").

Mais effectivement c'est lourd ces tournures, ça sent la traduction du français... Essaie de t'imaginer comment un anglophone formulerait ça spontanément ?

Jamais entendu parler du niveau "professional-level". Ça m'a l'air un peu flou - je crois que qch comme "near-native" ou "high" est plus parlant. Mais du coup est-ce que vous parlez de vos compétences en tant que traducteur? Je suppose que oui...
J'ai supprimé le deuxième working pour éviter la répetition
