J'ai fait une traduction d'un texte français vers l'anglais et j'aimerai bien que quelqu'un me le relise, et me corrige.

La toxoplasmose et la maladie de Hodgkin peuvent réaliser des tableaux cliniques très voisins, caractérisés essentiellement par une altération de l'état général, un syndrome fébrile, une polyadénopathie.
L'examen histologique d'un prélèvement biopsique permet en général de porter le diagnostic exact, mais certains aspects ganglionnaires réalisés parfois par la toxoplasmose sont très proches de ceux de la lymphogranulomatose. C'est dire que la détection sérologique de la toxoplasmose constitue un appoint appréciable pour ce diagnostic et il faut souligner l'intérêt de sa réalisation systématique, au même titre que d'autres explorations sérologiques, chez tout malade porteur d'une maladie de Hodgkin.
