salut je suis ravis d'avoir trouver un site comme celui ci, car je suis pris par le cou, je cherche a traduir un titre en urgence il sagit "Livret d'acceil du patient" en anglais et en portugais.
je vous pris aidé moi :cry: .

i am inclined to use 'patient welcome leaflet' according to standard english rules for compound nouns

By analogy "patient information leaflet" is the widely used term for tbe leaflets that have to be supplied with all medicines in the EU, giving doses, side effects, and so on.

Patient's/Patients' welcome leaflet would be more appropriate if we were talking about a 'welcome leaflet' belonging to the patients

Also 'booklet' is more appropriate if it's more than a few pages and if it has a hard back cover (ie like a book).

guia = guide
on dit guide d'accueil, le mot livret n'est pas utilisé pour ça
