help: job interview

I work in the field of the Human resources. I would like to know which are the most frequent questions that I can ask to those who have to face a job interview with me. Very often I have to see young girls who apply for a job application as a secreetary and among the necessary qualities and skills they must have, there is also the English language. In order to test their knowledges I must ask them questions in English with regard to their previous job experiences or anything in general. Is there anybody who has any experiences in this field and who could give me useful suggestions.
