Hello. Bob!

Well, well, this may be a bit funny, but Romanian doesn't have a particular word for this. I'm pretty sure there are other languages in the same situation. So Romanian use the English "download". In order to conjugate it, we add the verb "a face" (faire), so...

Romanian: a face download (lit. faire download)
Brazilian Portuguese: baixar - should be generally accepted, I think.
In Rio de Janeiro, people also say pegar,
While in São Paulo, people also say catar.

Here's what I found in the Freelang dictionary:
Finnish: ladata.
Didine will confirm this...

"Ladata" est en effet l'infinitif du verbe "télécharger" en finnois. Cependant, si tu veux télécharger quelque chose sur Internet, tu ne trouveras jamais cette mention, mais l'impératif: lataa.

Polonais: pobierać, mais comme en finnois, tu trouveras l'infinitif quand il s'agit de télécharger un programme: pobierz.

Je rajoute simplement qu'en polonais, on utilise très couramment "sciagnij" (avec une petite "cédille" sous le "a"), qui est l'impératif de "sciagac" (il faudra un jour que je trouve une police de caractères polonaise sous mac, ça devient très énervant

si quelqu'un a des tuyaux... Désolé pour cette digression

I guess I should make some adjustments too. In you need this term for web pages, than you should use (or look for) the following forms:

Romanian: Download
Brazilian Portuguese: Baixe (this is the 3rd person singular subjunctive used as imperative; 2nd person is no longer used in Brazil in academic speech).

In the case of the programmes to be installed, try the following:
Romanian: Instalează (2nd person singular imperative)
Brazilian Portuguese: instale (see the mention above).
