I think it must have permissions (autorisations) in the schools, the places of work to smoke.As for me, I don't smoke like you. So my belief is that the smokers mustn't damage the health of the others. Nevertheless, I quite agree on the installation rooms smokers in my city. Contrary to you, the students can smoke in the halls of the University, also in the college only during the "break". In any cas, they shouldn't leave!I'm afraid I can't agree with the exits ( je veux dire sortie hors etab) of the smokers. So I guess that's just what you think. Martine
