Hi!
Can anyone translate the folowing part of the Swedish VAT act into English, French, German or Polish (one of these is enough ) ? I'll be very grateful.

"Från skatteplikt undantas sådan import som medför frihet från skatt enligt lagen (1994:1551) om frihet från skatt vid import, m.m.
Från skatteplikt undantas även import av en vara som efter importen skall omsättas till ett annat EG-land enligt 30 a §.
Från skatteplikt undantas även import av gas genom distributionssystemet för naturgas eller av el. Lag (2004:1155).
Vissa undantag för omsättning till och förvärv från andra EG- länder"

Here's how I read it, but you will probably want a better translation:

Exempt from tax-duties such imports that are free from tax according to the law (1994:1551) about freedom from tax by import, etc.

Exempt from tax-duties also imports that one article after import shall be sold to another EC-country according to 30 a §.

Exempt from tax-duties also imports of gas through the distrubtion system for natural gas or electricity. Law (2004:1155)

Certain exceptions for sales to and acquisition from other EC-countries
