Selon un ami, ce ne serait qu'un nom prononcé mu'tassimah.

Pour appeler quelqu'un, il faudrait dire معتصم qui se
prononce mu'tasem.

:hello:

معتصم mu`taSam signifie "refuge".

excuse me guys 4 not speaking French
Je parle francais comme une vache espagnole
anyway
there's a very famous story abt an arab leader called ( al mutasim bellah)
المعتصم بالله who conquered many countries
in a market in one of those countries , a moslem woman quarelled with a non-moslem man , and the fight developed till he removed her veil and tried to beat her so she shouted ( waaa mutasimah) for help , and ppl tried to help her , after a few days whn al mutasim knew abt this ( he was in Bagdad as i think) , he sent a very strong threatening letter to leader of the enemy . and send thousands of soldiers to fight the Romans or the Greek ( i dont remember...)because this woman had asked for his help to save the moslem honor and reputation so he did come to protect the moslem pride . this story has become a movie and has been taught at schools . it's name is ( wa islamah ) as i remember.
so the word معتصماه
is a way of calling or addressing someone whose name is mutasim especially to ask desperately for help . but this way , is very litteral and not used now adays in spoken or literal language. it may be a poetic or literaray word .
wa is like o

bye
