J'ai un problème. Pouvez-vous m'aider SVP? J'ai un exercice dans lequel il faut retrouver les questions à partir des réponses. Cependant il y a une réponse qui me pose problème :
"I had lived there since I was born".
Cette réponse est celle d'une question du type "Depuis quand viviez-vous là-bas avant que vous ne partiez?" Mais je ne sais pas comment traduire le "Depuis quand". Peut-être avez-vous une autre idée pour la question...Attention cette question doit obligatoire se terminer par "when you left" selon l'énoncé.

Depois quand = Since when...
But that's not a plausible way to start a question ending in "when you left", although it matches the answer perfectly.
My personal suggestion would be:
For how long had you lived there when you left?
I find that "I had lived there since I was born" is a pluasible answer.
