Possible anagram, dunno what this means.

maybe "sinisalism" is an mistyped word, because we did a Google search and a Wikipedia search for Sinisalism, and we did found 0 results.
in what context was "sinisalism" on?

The word doesn't exist in English. But the suffix -ism would indicate that it is probably an English word (or a misspelled/made up English word).
