Can anyone translate the elvish language? Quenya or Sindarin

I'm looking for anyone who might be able to help translate "To thine ownself be true" in the Elvish language. Im not to sure of the language and i know my request is vague but if anyone can offer me a possible answer that would be wonderful. Ann
