For what I understood about Latin, the order of words is of little importance, but the dictionary says 'omnia vincit amor', it looks like a word...

Yes, the word order Beaumont gave and yours will both work. In this case, the word order doesn't matter because the endings on the words tell you what role they play in the sentence.

Didn't realize there were so many requests for Latin translations on here...I'm gonna have to de-rustify my skills!
