I would be willing to discuss the job package, including salary, at an interview.
Dear XXX
I am an engineer seeking a position as a XXX. I graduated at University X, and then specialised in….at Y. I enclose my CV for your consideration.
It has always been my ambition to work for an international company. I hope to continue my professional career as a ……. and would relish the opportunity to progress and gain more responsibilities.
I feel that working for a major international company, such as X, will allow me to develop my personal abilities, to travel around the world and to use my operational and technical knowledge. In addition, my interpersonal skills, my adaptability, and my previous work experience in ….. and in …. will mean that I could start making a real contribution very rapidly.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely
