salwar-kameez is the outfit worn by pakistani, ie a longue tunique above a pair of trousers, there is not specific words since it is not really sold for English people.

If you go to England and want to buy one, you will have to go in a specific shops owned by Pakistanis and then the word salwar kameez is used too.
