Okay, So I was wondering... now as far as I know Yesh lecha means You have for male(right? lol), but every place I have been looking it says "Do you have" , Now can Yesh lecha also just mean you have? I'm trying to say You have good eyes Yesh lecha ayin tovim?

Yesh lecha (although I prefer to spell it LEKHA) means equally "you have" and "do you have", according to the intonation. The equivalent for the feminine gender is yesh lakh.
Pay attention! "Ayin" means eye, in the singular. In this context you should use the dual (a sort of plural) which is "Eynayim".
So:
You have good eyes (addressing to a male) is
Yesh lekha eynayim tovim.
