we did read that Kalaallisut is a really difficult language, with lots of declensions, but we haven't seen any site that shows a good grammar, explaining all these stuff...

Maybe someone could explain you about Kalaallisut at the University Alaska of Fairbanks. A lot of teachers speaks Alaska's languages, even so, they know some other languages of Greenland, Canada and Siberia :
