Pouvez vous m'aider sur la traduction d'un texte anglais vers français ? J'ai essayé de le traduire mais je n'y arrive pas ou pas beaucoup : j'ai des problèmes avec la syntaxe et les temps.

"All work no play" est une expression qui nous incite à réfléchir sur le fait de travailler sans se détendre. Mais est-ce vraiment possible ?

Je n'adopte pas cette devise dans ma vie de lycéenne car, pour moi, les moments de détente sont très importants après une journée de travail ou de cours. Je pense que si l'on est constamment en train de travailler, notre organisme, un moment ou un autre, sombrera principalement dans le stress ce qui entrainera par la suite une crise de nerfs.

Lorsque j'aurai une vie professionnelle, je consacrerai beaucoup de temps à ma famille, mon mari et mes enfants, tout en allant au cinéma ou au restaurant, par exemple, le weekend.

CONCLUSION

Chaque être humain ressent comme un grand besoin de travailler (pour se nourrir, se faire plaisir...) mais il ne doit pas négliger que derrière ce travail, doit faire place les moments de détente.

La phrase a traduire est:

J'ai oublie mainly, il faut le supprimer. On peut reformuler cette phrase...(.....je pense......)

I think if one works too much, he will besome distressed and that may soon cause a collapse.

C'est mieux? Ce ne pas litteraire, mais il me semble plus comprehensible.

Je suis parti de la traduction de Grzeslpc, tout en suivant les remarques de Kokoya. Ensuite, j'ai modifié pour rester le plus proche possible du texte français. J'ai mis quelques explications.

Explication : "which" ou "that" peuvent être tous les deux utilisés. "incite" est plus proche du texte original, de même que "without relaxing".

Explication : j'ai transformé le "secondary school student life" en "life of secondary school student", qui me semble plus naturel. J'hésite sur le "une journée de travail ou de cours", j'ai essayé de traduire plus littéralement, qu'en pensez-vous ?
Je me suis dit qu'on pourrait peut-être remlacer le "one" par "you", qui est beaucoup plus courant en anglais pour dire on. J'hésite à traduire "organisme" par "organism", mais "body" reste correct. "one moment or another" me semble la traduction la plus proche, tout en étant, correcte, de "à un moment ou un autre". Une bonne traduction du mot "entraîner", dans le sens où on le trouve ici, me semble "entail". "par la suite" se traduit par "afterwards", selon mon dico, de même que "une crise de nerfs", par "an attack of nerves". La traduction de "tout en faisant qqchose..." est normalement "while doing smth...". L'ordre des mots à la fin de cette phrase me semble pouvoir être gardé en anglais.
