The beginning means "all over my life, I..." but I can't understand the end. Anyway : it's a germanic language, maybe yiddish. Maybe you could precise that in your title, in order to attract competent readers ?

It could be something like "all over my life, it wasn't so fine for me", or "I wasn't very lucky" (the same words in modern german would have been "in meinem ganzen Leben, ich habe es nicht ge-habt allzu gut").

But WAIT for confirmation !
