est que l'on peut dire at my flat ? comme l'on dirait at home ?
une occupation à plein temps -> an occupation at full time or a full time occupation, est ce que les deux sont correctes ?
passer du temps à promener le chien -> spend time for make a way with the dog, je verrais plus comme traduction spend time to take the dog for a walk mais ai je raison et est ce que l'autre est correcte ?
Je pense qu'aujourd'hui, on ne prend pas un animal de compagnie pour faire un cadeau aux enfants mais pour avoir beaucoup de responsabilités... la tournure de la phrase ne me plaît pas, car on n'en prend pas un pour avoir des responsabilités mais c'est le résultat !
pour cette phrase la traduction faite était la suivante : but today (moi je mettrais nowadays) I think that we don't take a pet to make a present to children but to have many responsibilities (moi je mettrais: I think that YOU don't take a pet to give the children a present...). Maintenant, si vous pouvez me proposer une tournure qui serait plus logique quant au sens, ça serait volontiers !!
