Elephant symbols

I recently accessed a web site that described and showed pictures of charactrised a man sitting on an elephant. I thought the description mentioned that the form was some type of KALI and that Kali meant elephant, is this correct? Do you know of the drawings or depictions and if so where would I find them again?

It's a dangerous task and Kali is helped by the white elephant.
In Indian languages elephant is hathi.
