No idea what "pellita de gofio" is, and I'm not sure how to translate "gracia" into English, so the most aproximate translation I can do is:

A "pellita" is the diminutive of "pella" and means a little amount, a handful of "gofio", which is a grilled cereal flour.
It's a sentence from a recipe: "... but also remember the handful of grilled flour, which adds/gives that special quality/flavour/taste". "which makes it so special" is a good translation too.
