Creative help...

Post by Jexter »

This is my first visit to this site. It looks really great and may be the source of help I need. I have a few questions I need answers to for a project I'm working on.

The first is that I need to find the native language of the word "oxul" and its meaning. I belive it might be Finnish.

I also need help with finding differnt expressions to capture these ideas in as many languages as possible

1. a really great day
2. a really great experience
3. making connections with people through experiences

If anyone has any suggestions, I would be really, really appreciative!

No, it's not. Do you know what this word means?

If you mean öxul (nominative öxull) it's icelandic and it means axle.

Thank you ElieDeLeuze. I think that is correct. I've heard it used to refer to something that keeps things together while something is in motion.

Merci didine.

Je ne parle pas français. Avec l'aide de ma fille d'adolescent qui prend des Français dans le lycée, je peux comprendre un peu.
