English to Hebrew

Sounds really trivial, for a friend who's been looking for the translation of his fathers name, who passed away when he was young, in Hebrew.

Realise that this might not be an easy direct translation but apparently it's Hebrew...

I'm looking for "Ken" in Hebrew.

It'd be brilliant if you could help. Many thanks

we are not sure if the name Ken is short from Kenneth, which means "handsome" in Celtic.
but we don't know if there is a Hebrew Ken; we think there is a Hebrew Ken but we are not sure.

or
כאן

Just as an FYI, "ken" means "yes" in Hebrew.

Ken would never be כאן
כאן is "here" and is pronounced [kan]

Hebrew word for "yes" sounds like "ken" and is written כן
However, if you want to write a name "Ken" in hebrew you would write קן which also means "nest" (birds nest etc..)
