Wings in many languages...

Post by hsmith13 »

I am working on a design project and would like the word "wings" (as in butterfly or bird wings) translated into several languages. I tried using online dictionaries, but many say there is no translation. Can anyone help me please?

In Japanese :

翼 - tsubasa

Or

羽 - hane

The first is used for this.

Note : there is no plural in Japanese.
