Urgent : Correction of an English text

Hi everybody !

I have to give a report about my internship tomorrow. One of my friends should have corrected the english part, but I still got no new from him today, so I'm upset...

I've made a sum-up of my report in English, it's a text about 10 pages. I'm normally not too bad in English, so hope there wont be too many mistakes, but I'd like to be sure it's grammaticaly correct and that it can be understood by any English speaking people.

It's urgent since I have to give it tomorrow morning... Would someone help me please ? That'd be very nice from you...
