When was the last time...

One of my msn contacts has this question as a screen name : When was the last time you did something for the first time? So now I'm asking you (and me), the same thing. When was your last first time ?

Yesterday! I lifted dumbbells in different ways and different positions for about 20 minutes during my upper body workout class. Succeeding in making me lift dumbbells is a real miracle, I usually only do lower body workout.

There's so many different ways of interpreting this - but I suppose the way you interpret it can be revealing too.

Today I experienced, for the the first time, Greece beating France in the semi-finals of the World Basketball Championship for the second year running.

But seriously.

Maybe the first time I went to a Tibetan restaurant - and that was with LokaNova !

Or the first time that I played boules - a couple of weeks ago (alongside Canal St Martin)

I haven't think a lot to found many "first time", some samples (the most prominent) :

- For the first time today I harvest rhubarb with only four lef stem per kg.
- For the fisrt time also today, I drive only 35' to go to job (against 40 - 45' usually) (awake late, so in a hurry, fortunely almost nobody on the road)

- Yesterday, for the first time I eat swiss chard with fish in a creamy white wine sauce (very good).

- Two day ago, I harvest a tomatoes yellow stripped green, first time I get it ( and eat it of course).

- Last week, I sowed a kind of plant as green manure for the first time.

- Two week ago I harvest a 1 120 gr tomatoes for the first time (the largest I ever get).

I have another question : is life liveable without "first time" .
My opinion is that otherwise life will be dreadfully boring.

You'll say that I copied Didine, but I had actually been thinking about it for a couple of weeks : I'm getting tired of swimming everyday, so I decided to start training at the gym as well. So today was the first day, and I feel pretty good now There is just one bad aspect : the bikes face the corridor and not the actual training room, I can't really look at the hot boys there, only their reflections in the windows

Two weeks ago I burnt myself in the arm while I was ironing (for the first time in my life). I now have a beautiful scar...

I saw a Thai movie for the first time today Of course I had seen bits of movies and series here and there, but as I don't understand Thai, I didn't stick to them. But Thai films are subtitled at the cinemas, and that's great !

Seasons change. A comedy about a teenager who goes to a musical high school to follow the girl he's secretly in love with. Not this year's best movie, but it was pretty funny and cute And a lot of music of course, I loved that!

thx! now im enjoy in my new life,my uni life...i got much freedom and free time. but unfortunetly my laptop isn;t with me,so i have to play with a computer as old as my grandpa in my uni's net bar~~lol
