IT READS:shì shì gāi zěn yàng,
jiù zěn yàng
and in english we can also say"what will be will be"

If the meaning is "whatever may happen and it does not matter", then I would say in French:
Arrivera ce qui arrivera.
and in Hungarian:
Lesz, ami lesz.
