Translation of 'Constitutional law'

Hello,

I am interested to know, how 'Constitutional law' (in german: 'Staatsrecht'), the field of law which deals on the one hand with the constitution and its fudamental rights, the organisation and the principles of a state and its organs and on the other hand deals with laws related to the constitution, for example the terms and conditions of a parliament, is written in many languages.

The Spanish translation is probably : derecho constitucional...

actually, the proper term would be: "Direito Constitucional".
NOTE: in Portuguese, "Direito" in the sense of "science of Law" must be written with capital "D", as opposed to "direito", which simply means "right".
