(YES, Jin is a name)

Ikimashoo, Jin - watashi to anata

Me :

ジンさん、一緒に行きましょう。私とあなた。
Jin-san, issho ni ikimashou. Watashi to anata.

Note : if Jin is your (closer) friend, the -san is less used.
