bonjour je recherche de l'aide pour reformuler mes reponse en anglais si quelqu'un pourrais m'aider se serait vraiment gentil merci

Voila une multi version reprenant plusieurs traductions possibles:

They imply/insinuate that Cherokee should be at university (ou the ~ s'il s'agit d'assister aux cours, d'être dans le bâtiment) and not visiting his sister. We can (thus) presume/assume/suppose (that) it is not the first time (that) Cherokee has dropped (out of) school before sitting for his exams.
