I went elsewhere and asked these questions, and I got this response:
98 is 走吧!
881 is buhbye
尼=你
15sou=一無所有///mo moㄨ文=沒沒無文///moㄘㄋ汪=沒齒難忘
ma ma who who=馬馬虎虎///5TㄊD=五體投地////ㄘㄇGB=草...
ex
98 is 走吧! => allons-y
尼=你 => tu
ㄓㄊㄕㄇ=獐頭鼠目///ㄓ3ㄇ4=朝三暮四 => le dernier chengyu signifie 'jouer des tours' (à qqn)

I went elsewhere asking for Taiwanese translations and I was given:
tough guy ¶ñ¹÷£¬»ì»ì£¬°¢·É£¬
tough female º·¸¾£¬
strong guy ÃÍÄÐ
punk °¢·É£¬Åó¿Í
ruffian ÎÞÀµ
brat Сº¢×Ó£¬ÍÞ¶ù£¬Ð¡Ã«º¢¶ù£¬
Can someone please post the romanizations of the terms posted? Thank you.
our internet navigator simply doesn't display correctly the Taiwanese characters. it's not codifying properly.
is someone else having the same problem?
salutations,
Merci de corriger notre français si nécessaire.

I changed the codification to simplified chinese and could rread the characters (while I don't understand why it is not automatic)
The thing is, I think the people who gave those translations are probably not Taiwanese (first because it is written in simplified characters and secondly because one term is phonetic and is obviously a transcription from mandarin Chinese instead of Taiwanese chinese).
Lastly, I am sorry but I can't speak Taiwanese so, in any case, I cannot provide any taiwanese romanisation.
This link doesn't list Taiwanese in its huge database of languages, but it is a very handy slang reference!
