J'aurais besoin de quelqu'un pour me traduire parfaitement ce mail.

of the club apartments waiting for you --- We are not really needing you to
come on trial --- the room is there and I can get you a job --- we will
assume
that you are staying for the season --- you are paying for your own flights
so
if you do not like it here you just go home - and no harm done.
What we do need to do is get your registration sorted out --- so our
secretary
(John Wright) will shortly be in touch to advise what needs doing at your
end.

Pas de problème pour le logement -- J'ai une chambre vide dans un des appartements du club, qui t'attend -- On n'a pas vraiment besoin de période d'essai -- La chambre est là et je peux te trouver un boulot -- On imagine que tu resteras pour la saison -- Tu payes tes billets d'avion, donc si tu ne te plais pas ici, tu n'as qu'à rentrer - pas de souci. Mais ce qu'on doit vraiment faire, c'est s'occuper de ton inscription -- donc notre secrétaire (John Wright) va bientôt te contacter pour te dire ce que tu dois faire.

Good to hear from you.

There are two parts to the paper work that is needed:

i) A form which you should be able to get your current club in France to complete that gives you permission to play in another Union - copy in English attached (PlayInAnotherUnion001) - you may well have to get one in French from your current club or find one on the FFR web site. Fill in what you can and take/send or image and e-mail to your club to complete their bits, your club should then send to the FFR - your club should know who to send it to - the FFR will sign and fax to the SRU.

ii) A form (two pages) that gives you permission to play in Scotland - copy attached (PlayInScotland001 and 002 ). Fill in what you can, sign then scan it and e-mail to me or post to me John Wright, 10 Hopetoun Terrace, GULLANE, Scotland, EH31 2DE. I will then complete it and get it to the SRU.

When the two forms are both with the SRU they then write and give clearance - then I can register you. Bit long winded - but seems to work.

E-mail me if you are not sure about anything. Let me know how you are getting on with the forms.

Beh disons qu'à l'instar du premier mail j'ai à peu près tout compris mais afin d'éviter un contre-sens je voulais avoir une traduction précise.

Il y a deux documents dont tu as besoin.

Un document que tu devrais obtenir de ton club actuel en france qui concerne ta permission de jouer dans une autre federation_la copie en anglais est attaché. Tu devrais en obtenir un en français de ton club ou en trouver un sur le site de la ffr. Remplis ce que tu peux et envoie-le a ton club qui completera. Ton club devra ensuite l'envoyer à la ffr qui le faxera à la sru.

Un document qui te donne la permission de jouer en ecosse. Remplis ce que tu peux signe-le et envoie le moi par mail ou par la poste....Je le completerai et l'enverrai à la SRU.

Après je bloque

A la fin j'ai compris que je devais le prévenir si'il y avait un problème et le tenir au courant à propos des documents.

Une fois le SRU en possession des deux formulaires, ils m'écriront pour donner le feu vert - et alors je pourrai t'inscrire. C'est un peu le parcours du combattant mais apparemment ça marche.

Je m'interroge sur le sens du verbe clear.

dans ce contexte, clear = donner l'autorisation/feu vert pour que Jonathan Got puisse jouer en Ecosse
