Translate to polite Japanese

Post by christy »

I'm working in the resort right now, but too difficult for me to handle Japanese guest upon check in.

Could somebody help me to translate this to Japanese, but the to the polite one.

1. I Collected from you the immigration card and return ferry ticket.
2. You can collect the boarding pass upon check out at the reception counter.
3. We will reconfirm your ferry time and assist you in getting the boarding pass.

Thanks before

Before all, I need a confirmation :

Does "to collect" mean "retirer" in French ?

Actually 'to collect' means collceter in french (maybe :) ) and like 'atsumaru'or 'atsumeru' in Japanese but i don't know how to combine it.

I guess these phrase are said from a worker to a guest. In that case, I'd say :

1) あなた様から移住カードもフェリー往復切符もお集まりしました。

2) 窓口でチェックして出国カードがお集まりできます。

3) もう一度フェリー時刻をご確認して出国カードを持ちにお手伝いします。

But I am not sure, since I am not a fluent Japanese speaker.
Please wait for others' replies.
